Tanya, an avid shoe collector, has successfully navigated high school English twice (as a student and as a teacher), the world of non-profit, Corporate America, and most recently motherhood. Her motherhood gig includes two pre-school daughters, Kennon & Blakely. Her daughters are super smart, and already aspire to be a “cooker” and a cowboy.
While employed by a local Fortune 200 company, Tanya dipped her toe into lots of different areas -- all based on her keen eye for detail. Her experience includes: project management, process management, change management, event planning, communications, associate satisfaction initiatives, recruiting, talent management, and performance management.
With Momentum Resources, Tanya is excited about building relationships, making things work, and getting back to business.
Whitney, a proud mom of twin boys, has discovered many things in her first year of motherhood. For example, once you master one stage your kids have already moved into the next one.
Similar to Tanya, Whitney dabbled in a variety of “careers” while employed by the same Fortune 200 Company. Everything from project manager, marketing consultant, process manager, educational specialist, event planner, and college recruiter can be found on her resume. While in the midst of a busy job, Whitney received her masters in Higher Education Administration and hopes to work on a college campus…some day.
Right now, Whitney is excited about paving the way for talented women to find the work/life balance they desire and deserve!!
